Time for the first post! This delicious recipe is as simple as it comes, and is quick. It takes about 5 minutes to prep (if your chicken is already thawed), making the whole thing take about 30 minutes tops.


Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 minced garlic cloves
4 Tbs brown sugar
4 tsp olive oil

Directions
Preheat your oven to 500 degrees, and lightly grease a glass dish
In a small pan, saute the garlic in the oil until tender
Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar
PLace chicken breasts in the prepared dish and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste *optional
Bake uncovered 15-30 minutes



Personal side notes:
I thought the chicken could've used a little more brown sugar, so I added another tablespoon or two (I can't remember...). When I first made this, the garlic and sugar was drier than I thought it would be, so I just patted it on. The sugar melted into a glaze while it baked.

Optional sides are: mashed potatoes, french beans, Waldorf salad, garlic bread, pasta, or even a simple spread of fresh veggies.
